All trailers will have the minimum following specification

Galvanized steel chassis

Steel box section frame work for the structure of the trailer

Sections for windows design dependant

Cladding will tend to be 3 mm steel plate painted in RAL colours

22 Marine grade ply bonded waterproof flooring covered with either Laminates/ carpet / Altro style flooring or combination of these.

Pre wired for power mains 3.5 KW consumer unit UK Spec with fused lighting and socket circuits.

Lighting tend to be low voltage down lights with more emphasis on LED due to power consumption.

Mains hook up single phase 16/32amp depending on power requirements

Twin axle with braking system

Tow bar with adjustable height facility / handbrake (when parked) ball hitch style.

Rear lighting to comply with UK Road requirements

Number plate attachment facility

Front access to trailer is done via sliding /bi fold door system with polycarbonate windows for safety

Detachable steps with hand rails for access in to trailer stainless steel / aluminium

Advertising swing out boards and or roof signage (illuminated)

Corner jacks for stability when set up

Spare wheel and tools for set up and de rig

UK trailer dimensions should be no greater than 2500.00 mm wide

Length 2500 7000mm

Height 2800 3000mm

Max gross weight should not exceed 3500kg lighter the better

The more shaped versions or suggestions will have some areas of the construction made from Fibre glass or GRP resins so that shape can be created. As mentioned we are looking to steer away from the traditional box shape in favour of a more curved design if possible.

These are for the Uk market and so will need the relevant approvals
